To secure your booking, we take 50% of the balance upfront, with the remaining amount due 7 days before your event

Pricing is based on the products you hire and the length of your event. We provide clear quotes with no hidden fees.

Payment & Booking Confirmation

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total hire fee is required at the time of booking to secure the event date.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

No booking shall be deemed confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Failure to Pay

If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, ‘Thingsforhire’ reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund of the deposit.

No items will be delivered, set up, or released until full payment has been received.

Ownership of Goods

All hire items remain the property of ‘Thingsforhire’ at all times and will not be released until payment has been made in full.

Late Bookings

For bookings made within 7 days of the event date, full payment is required immediately upon booking.
